On August 3, 2026, EVgo and Brixmor Property Group announced more than 500 new fast-charging stalls coming to 90-plus Brixmor shopping centers across six states — Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas — with up to 12 high-power DC fast chargers per site. The first confirmed location is Barn Plaza in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. It is a big number spread across a map that does not exist yet.

So we built the map that does. It plots three things at once: EVgo’s current DC-fast network (1,161 sites), the 10 Brixmor centers that already have fast charging today — labeled by the network that actually runs them, which right now is mostly Electrify America, not EVgo — and the six states where the announced stalls are headed.

How to read it

  • Amber — the six expansion states getting the new stalls.
  • Green — a Brixmor center with fast charging today (click a pin to see the network actually operating it).

What is new, and what is already there

The map is deliberate about the gap between a press release and a parking lot. The 90-plus expansion centers are not on it as pins, because only Barn Plaza has a public location so far. The green markers are the Brixmor centers that already have chargers today — and today those are run by Electrify America and Blink, not EVgo. The amber shading marks the six states getting new stalls, not specific addresses. Everything past Barn Plaza is still a promise, not a place you can plug in.
